Just about any organisation can benefit from coaching. However the coaching approach may not be equally suited for all organisations. Questions that are fielded include whether the orgainasation has a history of innovative thinking with regard to all business processes, not just personel related processes and whether this would be the right time for the organiastion to introduce coaching. Another aspect to mention here is whether the organisation would be willing to put a "contract" in place committing to work with a coach, support all coaching activities and make appropriate organisation-wide adjustments that result from individual and group coaching sessions.

The Individual Coachability Index helps coaches and clients determine whether they are ready to start working together in a client-coach relationship. Coaching is a collaborative proces that allows you to focus on areas you wish to broaden and cultivate. Coaching provides greater focus and awareness of choice, while encouraging you to reflect on what matters most and what are your top priorities.

Coaching encourages proactive change and uncovers big dreams, deepens learning and increases performance. Trained coaches provide the client with S.E.A.C. ( Support, Encouragement, Healthy Accountability, and Challenge as needed) to take steps towards goals and performance objectives.
