Francois is a natural motivator and a helping professional at Impact Coaching Solutions. He is fascinated by leadership and organisational development and as a motivator he is passionate about helping leaders develop their leadership ability and grow their competitive advantage in order to take themselves and their organisations to the next levcel.

Francois is a gifted commmunicator and an experienced Career Direct consultant and an accredited Personality I.D. consultant. Career Direct and Personality I.D. are tools widely used for career coaching and development, and coaching for developing teams. Francois has helped many individuals identify their unique design, talents and giftedness and loves helping people develop these into strenghts for an uncommon advantage in the workplace.

He was introduced to coaching as a leadership discipline in 2006 by an outstanding business and entrepreneurial coach from Cape Town. Francois has a background in training and education and also in sales and marketing. He has a Licentiate in Leadership and Biblical studies and holds a life-coaching certificate, along with a qualification in leadership and transformational coaching from an international coach training organisation (Lifeforming Leadership Coaching International).

Besides coaching involvements Francois is also involved in a number of entrepreneurial activities, and he enjoys coaching entrepreneurs on marketing strategy, on-line marketing initiatives, and enterprise development strategies. Francois is married to Dawn and they have a 15 month old girl called Amy-Grace.
